Disegnata da Giuseppe Bavuso per Alivar, Shanghai è una libreria insolita. Presentata al salone del mobile di Milano ha una cornice in rovere e sottili ripiani inclinati che si intersecano tra loro a formare quasi una ragnatela. I ripiani sono realizzati in un innovativo materiale composto da fibre organiche (cemento Ductal) che mantiene inalterato il colore anche con l'esposizione al sole e può essere completamente riciclato. L'irregolarità delle forme e l'esclusività dei materiali sono il punto di forza di questa nuova libreria. |

WAVY is a bookshelf system that rigorously combines design and function. It is a minimalistic product in which the thin structure and the wavy design, both vertical and horizontal, gives the ensemble an image of great solidity and lightness. With its extremely characteristic accuracy of detail and use of materials, Wavy is made entirely of “HI – MACS Natural Acrylic Stone” by LG in S28 Alpine White colour. Composed of blocks that can be laid one upon another and combined, Wavy conceals any kind of joint, thus becoming a highly elegant furnishing element with an extremely formal linear nature.

Non si deve aggiungere molto quando l'immagine parla da se.
Il movimento dei moduli che la compongono, determinano la sua caratteristica di fondo.
La nuovissima libreria Wavy disegnata da Giuseppe Bavuso per la collezione Home Project di Alivar, è composta da elementi dalla forma geometrica irregolare che, quando si sovrappongono, formano una struttura ad alveare.
La libreria è realizzata in una speciale pietra acrilica bianca HI-MACS®, brevetto della prestigiosa azienda LG, un materiale innovativo di alto pregio, duraturo e resistente, non assorbente e non poroso.
Ecologico assolutamente impermeabile, ha superato la prova del viraggio di colore nell'arco del tempo, un caratteristico limite di molte librerie in matriale plastico o realizzate con trattamenti superficiali in vernice. |
